A lehenga tie-dyed in clouded white and grey, traced over with fine sequin lines, then banded at the hem with a very wide run of folk embroidery — diamonds, checks and rows of round floral discs — edged in pom-poms. The choli is worked in the same bright embroidery, and a black dupatta with a matching border completes the set.
A quiet ground under loud borders: the pattern does the dancing.
